Bronze Customer Support

This is what used to be called "annual maintenance". Although it is still contracted from on an annual basis it is now call Bronze Customer Support.

Bronze Customer Support includes:

• Technical assistance via telephone or e-mail between 8 am and 8pm (Eastern Time) Monday to Friday
• Product Updates - Minimum of one per year.
