The Premier Enhanced Product Support Customer will have priority
response to technical support queries and professional services
personnel. The result of which will be a deeper knowledge of the
customer site enabling MB Foster to play an active roll in product
implementation, tuning and support.
- Telephone support for product related issues extended to
5x12 - 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday.
- One 2-day site visits per year - days are consumable within
the year and cannot be carried over. Customer is responsible
for travel and living expenses.
- Priority call / email handing: 15 minutes during normal working
hours and within ½ hour after 5 pm, 1 hour on holidays.
- 10% discount applied to the purchase of new modules or products.
- 25% discount on training/consulting services.
- Priority Product releases.
- 1800ANSWERS secure web site access.
